Frontman Tim Bohner himself prefers to call Timbeau’s music »Japan City Pop«. Sounds strange, but hits the nail on the head. The four-piece band, consisting of Tim Bohner (vocals, drums), Hannes Scherf (bass), Flo Schirmer (keyboards) and Marius Schwindel (guitar), enchants the poetic to thoughtful lyrics with groovy, light-footed melodies in a rich, summery, flowing sound.
