Synth-pop with flair and wanderlust for the next big city trip. Timbeau from southern Germany have a heart for kitsch, madness, heartache, sunshine, groove and lightness. Frontman Tim Bohner himself prefers to call Timbeau’s music »Japan City Pop«. Sounds strange, but hits the nail on the head. The four-piece band, consisting of Tim Bohner (vocals, drums), Hannes Scherf (bass), Flo Schirmer (keyboards) and Marius Schwingel (guitar), enchants the poetic to thoughtful lyrics with groovy, light-footed melodies in a rich, summery, flowing sound.
