Sibel Schick

Sibel Schick, born in Antalya in 1985, is a freelance author, journalist and columnist. She has lived in Germany since 2009 and has been writing feminist texts critical of racism since 2016. Her book »Cancelling White Feminism. Why our feminism must become more feminist« was published by S. Fischer in September. She has written columns, commentaries and articles for »Missy Magazine«, »nd«, »taz«, »Frankfurter Rundschau« and many more. Her collection of columns »Hallo, hört mich jemand?« was published by Edition Assemblage in 2020, her booklet »Deutschland schaff’ ich ab. A potato dish« was published by Sukultur in 2019. She publishes the newsletter »Saure Zeiten«.
