Maeckes

»It’s as easy as one, two, three, four.« Maeckes is one of the most influential rappers, songwriters and music innovators of our time. He has already cyphered in the youth center, has a band (the Orsons) and a band (the Katastrophen) with which he has torn up festivals, clubs and halls and staged his own operas. And then he constantly reinvents himself with his almost legendary guitar concerts.

Maeckes has been writing songs for more than ten years – sometimes abysmal and sometimes silly, sometimes mega-meta and sometimes of utterly disarming vulnerability. Most of the time, his music is all of these things at once.

In March 2024, the »guitar album« will be released, the essence of more than a decade of

Maeckes’ work. Songs like little plays, an album full of surprises, twists and goosebumps. Of course, there will also be plenty of opportunities to see him live!
