Grup Huub

Too fast for reggae, too much brass for rock and too varied for ska… You could go on and on about all the musical genres and pigeonholes that Grup Huub serve up. But there is absolutely no time for that, because when the five guys from Kirchheim unter Teck take the stage, movement is top priority. Drums, bass, guitar, trumpet and trombone will get even the worst dancers on the floor.

The current album, which was released in December 2021, is called »Tanzlokal« (dance hall) and, in addition to all the musical experiments, retains the tried and tested: beats that bang!

After winning several band competitions in their first year of existence, Grup Huub also proved themselves abroad in the following years with appearances at the Chiemsee Summer Festival, the Brass Wiesn in Munich and the Windsurfing World Cup on Sylt.
