In the last 10 months, Dews Pegahorn has achieved what many musicians dream of for years: he has stormed the underground music scene with his uncompromising rock releases and is now reaping his first laurels in the mainstream. His music, aptly described as »danceable manic depression«, combines a fascinating mixture of Goth New Wave, Indie and Alt offers a unique sound experience with mostly over 160 BPM and melancholic guitar sounds. But the Stuttgart native with Malagasy-Chinese roots is not standing still – on the contrary: the new projects he is currently working on sound more radical and even bolder than anything he has ever released before. One thing remains clear: his sound remains sonically unmistakable.
