Lena Kampf
Lena Kampf has been working as an editor in the Investigative Research department since May 2022 and has been Deputy Head of Department since December 2022. She works in Berlin, where she coordinates joint research with the SZ parliamentary editorial team, among other things. Her focus is on right-wing extremism and terrorism, police and justice, as well as cases of sexualised violence and international research. She was previously an investigative reporter at WDR in Berlin and Brussels and was already associated with SZ as an author through the research cooperation between Süddeutsche Zeitung, NDR and WDR. She won the Franco-German Journalism Prize in 2019 with a report on the #Metoo movement in the European Parliament. In summer 2016, she spent two months as an Arthur F. Burns Fellow at the Miami Herald newspaper in Florida.
