Daniel Drepper

Daniel Drepper heads the research cooperation between NDR, WDR and Süddeutsche Zeitung. He previously co-founded the non-profit research centre Correctiv and was editor-in-chief of BuzzFeed News Germany, where his team uncovered the MeToo scandal surrounding Julian Reichelt, among other things. He is chairman of Netzwerk Recherche, the association of investigative journalists in Germany, and studied investigative research at Columbia University in New York. His research has won numerous awards. Drepper was honoured as Editor-in-Chief of the Year and Journalist of the Year.
