ELLiS·D
ELLiS·D is the solo project of British musician Ellis Dickson, who originally started out as a drummer and has made a name for himself over the past twelve months with tireless touring and captivating live shows. Far Out Magazine recently celebrated him as »one of the most exciting live sets they’ve seen in months.«
He is accompanied by a changing group of musicians from Brighton. In addition to his solo career, Dickson tours worldwide as the drummer for Fat Dog and Johnny Borrell’s project Jealous Nostril. At his own concerts, he has shared the stage with acts such as Razorlight (including at the Brighton Dome and Eventim Apollo), The Goa Express, Flip Top Head, Melts, Plantoid, Vinyl Williams, Youth Sector, and The DSM IV.
ELLiS·D is no stranger to the festival scene either: he has been longlisted for Green Man Rising and Glastonbury Emerging Talent, and in the summer of 2025 he played his biggest festival gig to date on the Tim Burgess-curated stage at Kendal Calling.
